Shipping & Production
Items are not scheduled for shipment or created until payment is made in full. Each product is hand-made by myself so please all time for me to create a unique item for you. Each item listing description will give you details about that specific item and the time it will take to produce.
If you are ordering multiple items, please note the item that takes the longest time to create when factoring in the timeframe. Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the box for shipment.

Please verify that the address is correct upon check-out.

If you NOT to add insurance to your item when shipping and it becomes damaged during transit you will NOT be eligible for a replacement or refund via an insurance claim.
A Stylish Design cannot be held liable for any damages made during un-insured shipments. I package very well using various types of packaging materials, however, I cannot control how many hands the package goes thru and how it is handled.
Be sure to cover the add the amount of the product + postage when figuring on the insurance amount to add. I am not held responsible for invalid address’s, refusal of parcel by receiver address or parcel taking longer to deliver than outlined by the carrier used, catastrophic events or delays unforseen by carrier.
Cancellation Cancelled orders are case-by-case basis. Any cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover material costs once materials have been purchased International Shipping All orders shipped outside the US may have duty or tax fees that your country might charge you.
These are fees that I cannot quote you for and that I will not be held responsible for.
Please purchase accordingly and cautiously – be aware that you might have to pay duty or tax fees upon accepting your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are FINAL unless made other than what was chosen by the customer.
We do not offer returns once your materials/colors are chosen by you.
All products are hand-crafted and slight variations will occur and should not be considered a defect, yet a reflection of a one-of-a-kind piece.
All products are defined, including a list of materials used in the creation of each product. Please be sure to review this information when purchasing a listing. We cannot guarantee colors for any material used will match the images on listing as color calibrations vary per computer/device it is being viewed on.
We suggest you mail a sample of anything if you are looking for an EXACT color match or purchase a sample of fabric, ribbon, flower, paint from us if you are looking for an EXACT match. If you have selected your colors/materials and then change your mind that they are just not quite the color you thought and you did not purchase a sample or provide a sample to us for matching, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We will work with you if you do change your mind. Each would considered as case-by-case and we would not be responsible for postage either way to change out colors/flowers etc. if you choose to change after receiving the order. You would be responsible for workmanship and material and postage.
Please note the materials used to create each product which can be found in each listing. refunds will not be given based on a mis-understanding of the materials used to create each product.
Damaged Items that are INSURED
In the event that your order arrives damaged and you would like a replacement piece, I would be glad to create a replacement and re-ship with free shipping, provided the original damaged item was insured.
We will cover UP TO the cost that you chose upon checkout for insurance. Postage needs to be considered when choosing an insurance option.
For example, your item is $50 and shipping is $15, if you choose $50 insurance only you would be responsible for postage to re-ship the replacement. If you choose a refund, you would only be refunded up to cost of product or insurance coverage.
Please contact me immediately upon receipt of the damaged item via firstname.lastname@example.org and include a description of the damage, images of the damaged item and packaging for insurance claims. Once we are notified, we will fill out an insurance claim on the item. This is a case-by-case basis so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are un-sure. No damaged item will be returned or replaced for free if insurance was not paid (I will ship with insurance at your request. A Stylish Design cannot be held liable for any damages made during un-insured shipments).
